With a proven track record, Selcuk has strategically invested in over 1,100 doors as a Limited Partner (LP) and 310 doors as a General Partner (GP) across Texas and Florida, showcasing a talent for identifying and capitalizing on high-value opportunities.
In addition to residential real estate, Selcuk owns short-term rental properties in Seattle, Washington, and holds commercial lot investments in the western region of Turkey. His entrepreneurial endeavors extend to owning and managing a successful gas station and convenience store business in Eastern Washington for over 15 years.
Dedicated to community service, Selcuk serves as the treasurer on the boards of the Florida Turkish American Association and the M. Dogrukol Holoprosencephaly non-profit organization.
